Shadow Love Sesshomaru x Miyuki Story Ch.1

A sigh ran out of the female’s mouth as she sat under a tree, feeling the breeze flow through her hair. Looking to the sky she watched the clouds roll by, her concentration was broken when she heard a rustle in the bushes. Not bothering to look, the woman continued back to her cloud gazing, as she could tell from scent it was a human.

“If you plan on an attack, you’re awful at it. If you plan for peace, it’ll be futile.” She said as she heard a gasp from the bushes.

“Human. State your reasons for disturbing me.” She said as a little girl came out from the bushes.

“I was just getting some food for Master Jaken and I.” She said as she tilted her head to the resting female only to notice the wound on her stomach area.

“You’re hurt!” She said as the sitting female closed her eyes.

“Do not worry about me human. Return to your group and do not come back.” She said as the girl frowned.

“Wait here!” She said as she disappeared back into the brush. The sitting female scoffed at her lack of being able to move at the moment.

A few moments passed as the female under the tree heard the bushes rustling again.

“Human. I thought I told you to not return.” She said as the little girl came out with some supplies.

“I do not need your remedies.” She said as she smelled the scent of medicine in the bottle the girl carried.

“Please? It’ll help a lot!” The girl said sitting on her knees by the female holding the bottle to her.

“I said I don’t need it.” The woman said closing her eyes. The small girl sighed and sat with the woman.

“My name’s Rin!” She said with a small smile as the woman opened her eyes looking to the small human.

“Hm….Miyuki.” She said looking away from the small human again. Rin smiled as she looked around seeing that the clearing was vast and….empty.

“Um Miss Miyuki?” She said until Miyuki glared to her.

“It’s Lady Miyuki, human.” She said as Rin nodded at her mistake.
“Lady Miyuki….would you like to come with me to meet Master Jaken and Lord Sesshomaru?” She asked as the woman looked to her.

“You’re traveling with that dog demon?” She said raising a brow.

“Mhm! Lord Sesshomaru saved my life!” Rin said as Miyuki blinked in wonder.

“Hm...that stone cold dog demon saving a human child? Hm.” Miyuki thought as she looked to Rin as the child looked to her in question.

“Hm, fine. I’ll go with you.” She said as she slowly got up, the wound on her stomach had vanished, leaving only a scar and a slight cut in her kimono.

“Alright child. Lead me to your little group.” She said as Rin nodded smiling as she got up and laughed leading Miyuki into the forest.

After a few minutes the two girls made their way back to a small campsite with a fire going, and a little imp demon sitting under a tree. Hearing footsteps the imp jumped to its feet.

“Rin where have you- EH!?” The imp said as it sweatdropped at the woman following Rin.


“So that is...Jaken I presume?” Miyuki said as Rin nodded.

“Mhm! This is Master Jaken! He’s a servant to Lord Sesshomaru as well~!” She said as Miyuki tilted her head.

“Hm I guess any service can be good service if one chooses.” She said as she sat herself by the fire.

“N-Now hold on a minute! You can't just waltz in here! Rin who is this!?” Jaken cried as Miyuki glared to the imp.

“Master Jaken, this is Lady Miyuki!” She said as Jaken gulped at the glare but then went into a bow.

“M-My apologies m-my lady! For I didn’t know!” He said as Miyuki sighed.

“Get up. Quit your bowing.” She said as Jaken nodded with a ‘Yes m’lady.’

“So tell me, where is Sesshomaru?” Miyuki asked as Jaken went to sit back down with his staff.

“He’s out right now m’lady. But Lord Sesshomaru will return soon!” Jaken said as Miyuki nodded. Turning to Rin, Miyuki tilted her head.
“Child. Do you know what I am?” She asked calmly as Rin looked up in thought for a few seconds before shaking her head.

“All I can tell is that you’re a demon m’lady!” She said as Miyuki nodded to her.

“Well child, I am a Shadow demon. My realm is within the shadows of this world.” She said as she motioned to shadows that were made from the fire’s light.

“For in my true form, I can travel in between realms.” She said as Rin was in awe.

“Wow! That’s so interesting Lady Miyuki!” She said as the demon gave a slight smile.

“Rin, Jaken.” A voice called from the forest as the two turned to find a white haired male with piercing amber eyes, drawn in a white and red outfit, hardened armour, and a fluffy boa? Interesting….

“Lord Sesshomaru!” The two called in delight as Miyuki rose a brow.

“So you must be Lord Sesshomaru?” Miyuki said standing up on her bare feet and crossing her arms. Sesshomaru just gave her a blank look.

“What of it. State your purpose here, Shadow demon.” He said as Miyuki scoffed.

“You’d think other nobles would notices other nobles.” She said as Jaken nodded.

“She is right m’lord. This is Lady Miyuki. Leader over the Shadow demons!” He said as Miyuki chuckled.

“Well. It was….nice meeting you. But I have to get going.” Miyuki said as Rin cried and clung to her leg. Miyuki blinked looking down to the child with a blank look.

“Child. Let go of my leg.” She said as Jaken was a little shaken.

“Rin! Let go of Lady Miyuki’s leg at once!” He cried as Rin shook her head.

“No! Please Lady Miyuki, stay travel with us!” She said looking up to Miyuki with desperation and hope in her eyes. “We could always use an extra hand, and another fighter.” She said since Jaken wasn't the best with protection when Sesshomaru left during the nights.

“Please….” She said as small tears were in her eyes. It was only a few minutes, but Rin grew to like the Lady’s company. It was subtle but peaceful. And Rin felt she could grow close to the shadow demon, like she did with Lord Sesshomaru.

“And if I refuse?” She said as she looked to Sesshomaru as he gave a blank look back.

“It’s your choice to follow.” He said as he turned and started walking away. “Let’s go Jaken, Rin.” He said as Jaken nodded and started following him through the forest. Miyuki looked down to the child who was still clinging to her.

“Why do you wish for me to stay child?” She asked as Rin frowned a bit.

“You’re so calm, and level headed, like a mother…..and my family’s gone….so I thought….” She said looking down to the ground sniffling a bit.

“You thought if I traveled with you that I could be a motherly figure to you.” She said to the child as Rin nodded. Seeing the child so downcasted and saddened Miyuki sighed as she rested a hand down to brush some of the child’s hair.

“Fine. I shall travel with you. But I am not following your Lord, for I am a nobility of my own. I will only travel to accompany you.” She said as Rin perked up with a bright smile.

“Oh Thank you Lady Miyuki!!” Rin cried as she jumped into the Shadow demon's arms, as Miyuki grunted and cradled the child.

"Oh kami what have I got myself into…” Miyuki thought as she carried the child and followed behind Sesshomaru, not knowing where they would end up next.
